NEW this year, we've added even more ways for you to get involved by signing up for Member Interest Groups! These groups are made up of Realtor® members with a shared interest in industry topics and issues. Groups will meet 1 to 2 times per year in a forum style to discuss related issues. The 15,000-square-foot building includes ample parking, modern spaces to host more classes and events, increased rental space for member firms, the latest technology, and so much more.

As the COVID pandemic evolves, our community is experiencing a rise in COVID-19 cases with many of our counties back in the red zone. To protect our members, employees, and their families, our Board of Directors is reinstating the use of face masks at the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® headquarters beginning Monday, August 9, 2021.

Masks will be required at all times while in the building including attendance at education classes, events and committee meetings, shopping in the Realtor® Store, or meeting with a GLAR Professional.

The health and safety of our members, employees, and their families remain our top priority. We hope this is a temporary measure to promote a healthy environment that will allow us to remain open and in-person, eventually allowing us to permanently return to normalcy.

To protect you, we will continue monitoring communications and recommendations from government and health organizations, helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and adapting as necessary to ensure we continue to serve our members at the highest level and in the safest environment.

It's time to level up with GLAR's Certification of Professional Excellence (CPE)! This certification denotes a commitment to excellence with an understanding that honesty, respect, cooperation, and timely, effective communication results in superior customer service. Achieve this certification by completing all three of the required 6-hour courses in a two-year period. The next series of CPE courses start in September. Upcoming dates include:

9/21 - Buyers and Sellers Contracts
9/22 - Ethics, Communication and Cooperation
9/23 - Agency, Listings and Addenda
