IMPORTANT UPDATE
Dear Members,
Following the Governor's recent orders, the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® will be changing business operations effective Monday, November 23, 2020.
EDUCATION CLASSES
All in-person education classes scheduled at GLAR will now be held virtually through Zoom for the remainder of the calendar year. If you are registered for a class you will be contacted by our Professional Development Department with more information. Additional online classes are available by clicking here.
SUPRA KEYS
If you need a Supra Key, please contact our Membership Department by phone or email. Our staff will walk you through the process.
REALTOR® STORE ORDERS & SUPRA BOXES
If you need supplies from our REALTOR® Store, you can place
your order by phone or email, including Supra boxes, and we will have your items ready for contact-free pickup. You can also shop online.
OFFICE VISITS
The GLAR office is currently closed to the public. Our staff is available to assist with your member service needs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm by phone at (502) 894-9860 or email including:
MLS support,
Transaction Desk support,
Making a payment,
Any membership issues – transferring, opening offices, new agents, addressing issues with Supra ekey, etc.
The Kentucky Real Estate Commission legal counsel is reviewing the new executive orders to determine their implications on the practice of real estate. We will update you once this review has been completed if there is anything that impacts your real estate business.
