| How to Setup Supra Access for Non-Members
|
|
|
Did you know you can authorize a non-member to access your keybox using their smartphone or tablet?
A non-member may include a home inspector, repair person, or licensed agent affiliated with another Association that does not use Supra, etc. Once you grant access to a non-member, Supra will send a text message to the phone number provided with instructions on how to install and activate the eKEY app on the non-member’s phone or tablet. They can then enter the specified keybox that you have granted access to. You will have the ability to restrict the day and time that the person is permitted to access the property. Remember, when you grant a non-member access to a property,
as the listing agent you assume responsibility for any possible damages or loss at that property.

Obtain Your Member Account Activity Report
|
|
|
To access your member Account Activity Report for your GLAR-related business expenses to use when preparing your taxes, please follow the steps below:
- Go to www.louisvillerealtors.com, select Member Login at the top right of the page, and log in to your member portal.
- Select “Pay Your Bill”
- Select “View Paid and Unpaid Invoices"
- Select “Account Activity Report" at the bottom of the screen
- For your “Account Activity Criteria” enter the dates (01/01/22 – 12/31/22), then select submit for your report.
