- If you see a gray bar click the three line menu and then click "Log Out".
- If you do not see a gray bar proceed to the next step.
Next go to RISMedia.com and click "Sign In" at top right.
Enter your email address. Do not enter anything in the password area and click "Login In".You will see a welcome message and ask to set up a password.

The Compliance Corner:
Forms provided by GLAR are an effective way to promote uniformity within the MLS system, reduce the risk of legal liability for brokers and agents, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to all MLS users. One of the most common compliance issues is neglecting to upload certain forms to listings with specific criteria or conditions. The following list of the 5 most used forms in our MLS can help you ensure you’re including all the necessary documentation when you upload a new listing. The applicable MLS Rule is also noted for your reference.
- Sellers Disclosure (Rule 1.20): Must be uploaded within 72 hours of the listing being made active. Necessary for all residential housing, including properties with up to 4 units.
- Coming Soon Form (Rule 2.503): If the property is going to be “Coming Soon,” this form must be uploaded at the time of listing.
- Property Showing & Offer Response Restriction Form (Rule 4.11): If the property has a showing restriction of less than 7 days or an offer response restriction, this form must be uploaded within 1 business day of receiving all necessary signatures.
- Temporarily Off Market Form (Rule 2.502): If the property cannot be shown for more than 7 days, this form must be submitted to the MSI within 48 hours of receiving all necessary signatures. (email to samantha@louisvillerealtors.com)
- Floodplain Determination Letter (Rule 1.22): All residential listings within the Jefferson County area that are in the floodplain need the MSD Letter uploaded within 72 hours of the listing being active. This link directs you to the correct website: https://apps.lojic.org/msdflooddetermination/
By properly uploading or sharing all necessary forms, you will help us maintain the accuracy and integrity of our MLS.
