Get to know the candidates for the 2025 GLAR and MSI Board of Directors! Board elections will begin at 9:00 am on JULY 22, 2024 and remain open until 12:00 pm on JULY 29, 2024.

REALTOR® Members of the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® can vote for five (5) members to serve on the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Participants and Subscribers of Metro Search, Inc. can vote for two (2) members to serve on the Metro Search, Inc. Board of Directors.

NEW THIS YEAR - HOW TO VOTE:
An email will be sent to all eligible REALTOR® members, to the email you have on file in your member record, containing a link to the voting site along with instructions on how to log in when voting opens. The email will contain a unique password that is specific to only you that you will use to access the voting site.

Maurice Hampton is back at GLAR for another free session for the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation in September! Following the ABR course, we will be offering an ABR-approved elective course called the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certification, also taught by Hampton. The ABR 2-day course is FREE for members and the RENE Course is only $225 if you register by September 2nd.

The GLAR Forms Committee just introduced a new form called the Termination and Release of Exclusive Buyer Agency Contact to be used as a companion form to the Exclusive Buyer Agency Contract. This form is used when an Exclusive Buyer Agency Contract needs to be terminated or the agent released. Both forms are now available for you to access on Transaction Desk, our online forms platform.
