We’ve hit refresh — and your new Members Portal is officially live! It’s powered by AgentBook, packed with upgrades, and designed to give you all the info you need, with a smoother, friendlier twist.
You’ll still be able to do everything you’ve always done from registering for classes and events to paying your dues and updating your member profile, but now it’s faster, easier, and way more intuitive and user-friendly.
Here’s what to expect:
🔑 New Login Process
LOG IN HERE using the email address tied to your Association member account (see below). Enter the one-time code sent to your email and create your new password. It's that easy, and then you're ready to explore!

💳 Payments & Dues Billings
All payments (including the upcoming annual dues billing this Fall, event/class registrations, and more) will now go through the new portal. If you previously saved a credit card, you’ll need to re-enter your payment information.
📅 Classes & Events
We are actively adding upcoming courses and events to the portal. To view and register, simply look under the EVENTS section on the new portal, where everything is listed and categorized. By clicking on individual classes or events, you can view even more information and register. It's that easy!
👤 Profile Enhancements
We’ll continue to refine your member profile experience for improved usability and access to important documents, directories, and more. This new portal will completely replace our old Internet Member Services (IMS) system and will become an even more robust resource as we continue to build the platform out.

Please Note: The new member portal is completely separate from our election platform and has no connection or impact on the voting process. Elections continue to be managed through a secure and independent system.
