Call for Action - Support House Bill 62
|
|
|
Around the Commonwealth, non-licensed individuals are taking advantage of consumers and wholesaling real estate without a license. House Bill 62 will require
individuals who practice the wholesaling of real estate to obtain a valid Real Estate license through the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. The wholesaling of real estate is often indistinguishable to the consumer from the activities a Kentucky real estate licensee engages in when marketing a property for a seller, yet the wholesaler is currently not required to hold a license.
We encourage ALL of our members to reach out to their State Representative first and then their State Senator and ask for their YES vote on House Bill 62.
