Our event line-up for our DEI & Fair Housing Summit on June 6th gets even better! The Louisville Chapters of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) are hosting their Affordable Housing Roadshow on June 13th featuring Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® President Carter Martin, Jr. as one of the event speakers.

You'll also hear from Crissie Buntin, NAREB Louisville President, Susy Esquivel, NAHREP Louisville President, and Mia Jones with Freddie Mac.

Do you still need to fulfill your NAR Ethics Requirement for Cycle 7? Join us at the association office on May 23, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm when we will be live streaming a free ethics session hosted by Leigh Brown for National Real Estate Ethics Day. This session will cover all 17 articles in the Code of Ethics. You'll get tools to use in your listing presentation and the understanding of how to go forward in your community providing a different level of real estate service.

Please note: This FREE session will fulfill your National Association of REALTORS® Ethics membership requirement for Cycle 7, but is not approved for continuing education or post license education credits. To obtain the ethics credit for NAR you must be in attendance for the entire session. Register through your member portal to attend.

In collaboration with the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, we are offering the opportunity for GLAR members to obtain the VAREP Military Veteran Housing Certification. You will learn about the VA home loan program, as well as important topics including the VA loan history, military and veteran demographics, and tips on writing a great VA loan offer. Mastery of these topics will allow you to better serve the military and veteran families.
