For 2025, our course cancellation and admittance policy have been updated for continuing education and post-license education courses taken with GLAR. Please review these changes below.

Class Cancellation Policy: To be eligible for a refund, cancellations of classes/courses must have at least two business days notice. To cancel and request your refund, email Education@LouisvilleRealtors.com or (502)894-9860, extension 255 to leave a message. You will receive a confirmation email of your refund request to show your refund was processed.
If a student is a "No-Show" for a class, no refund shall be provided and the student forfeits their registration fee.
No refunds shall be provided once a class has begun.
No transfers are permitted within two business days of the course start date.
GLAR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or individual class session(s) at any time for any reason. If the entire course is canceled, students will receive a full refund of their tuition or can be transferred to an alternate make-up session. GLAR will notify students as early as possible as to any class session changes.
GLAR reserves the right to cancel, substitute, or reschedule any instructor for any reason at any time; the student has the right to request a refund for such occurrence.
Non-registered, walk-in students will be accommodated AFTER all pre-registered students have been seated.
Late arrivals will not be permitted for real estate CE or PLE classes after 10 minutes of class start, per KREC regulation.
GLAR is not responsible for any late fees, charges, or other amounts incurred by students to licensing authorities or any other third parties.
