ABOUT: SEEMA SHETH
Seema Sheth is Senior Vice President and regional executive of the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Ms. Sheth became head of the Louisville Branch in December 2021. The Branch serves southern Indiana and western Kentucky. Ms. Sheth joined the Bank from PNC Private Bank in Louisville, where she served as vice president and relationship strategist. In this role, she specialized in financial planning and stewardship of high net-worth clients. Previously, Ms. Sheth built a book of business at Northwestern Mutual, where she was integral in diversity and inclusion efforts. Passionate about financial capability, Ms. Sheth founded the Adulting Academy in 2017, which teaches the basics of finance to young adults.

ABOUT: DR. JESSICA LAUTZ
Dr. Jessica Lautz is the Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS®. She has been with NAR since 2007.
The core of her research focuses on analyzing trends for both NAR members and housing consumers. She is in demand as a speaker and by major media outlets to provide commentary on the real estate market. She has testified before Congress on behalf of NAR. Dr. Lautz has been recognized by Housing Wire's Women of Influence and RISMedia's Newsmaker award. Lautz received her Doctorate of Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom. She also holds a Master's in Public Policy from American University and undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Law and Justice from Central Washington University.

ABOUT: Jeff O'Brien
Jeff O'Brien is the Executive Director of the Economic Development Cabinet for the Louisville Metro Government. He has over 20 years of experience with local community and economic development in Kentucky and Illinois.
O'Brien has been with Louisville Metro since 2013 and has led several major strategic and long-range initiatives for Louisville. His work focuses on infrastructure, real estate, economic and community development. O’Brien holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the American Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Planners and the Urban Land Institute.
