Tech Helpline is an amazing member benefit, offering you free support for hardware, software, networking, and digital devices. This helpline troubleshoots non-MLS tech problems and offers solutions, often by connecting remotely to your computer. This benefit is included with your member dues at no additional cost to use! Support is available Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST via phone, chat, or email.
