HB 62 (wholesaling real estate) will be heard in the Senate Licensing and Occupations Committee on Tuesday, March 7th at 10:00 am EST. If you have not reached out to your Senator to voice support for HB 62, please contact them. You can call and leave a message for your legislator on the Legislative Message Line at 1-800-372-7181.
SCRIPT you can use when calling:
"I am a constituent of [Senator ___], and I am contacting you to voice my strong support for House Bill 62, relating to the wholesaling of real estate. As a real estate professional, it is imperative that we protect the consumer. House Bill 62 requires a valid real estate license to practice the wholesaling of real estate. I am calling on [Senator ___] to support this crucial piece of consumer protection legislation. Thank you."

Registration is now open for our GLAR Member Day at the Races event! Join us at Churchill Downs on Friday, May 12th for a day of racing, networking, and fun. Gates open at 11:30 am. Tickets can be purchased through your member portal for $42 each or in tables of 8 for $336. Tickets include admission to Millionaire’s Row, buffet lunch, race program, and amazing views of the track.
Purchase your tickets early, this event sells out every year. Please note that due to the popularity of this event, Affiliate Members may purchase a maximum of 16 tickets to this event per membership. Tickets will be emailed to purchasers 1 to 2 weeks prior to the
event.
