Approved actions from the MSI and GLAR Board of Directors December 2021 Meetings:
MSI BOARD -Motion to approve Coming Soon Status rule and fine structure for Coming Soon violations. - Motion to approve FloPlan. - Motion to adopt the NAR MLS recommendations. - Motion to approve financials for October and November. - Motion to remove the auto-population of agents' information on the Agency Consent forms in
TransactionDesk. - Motion to move the garage fields from the details tab to the main fields tab in FLEX, this will give a Garage Y/N field, and a range of garage bays when utilizing the quick search, and remove the 1, 2, 2.5, 3, etc., from the search and input screen. - Motion to have the Basement Y/N field as a required field in Flex for input of listings.
GLAR BOARD - Motion to approve appointment of Kathryn Vaughn and Paul Hinson as GLARPAC Trustees for 3 year term. - Motion to add this verbiage (to the tentative “Coming Soon Status
Form”), and all forms, where the Seller’s sign, “By signing below, I am aware of the benefits of listing my property for sale on the MLS and have discussed the above options in detail with my REALTOR®.
Drop Off Food Drive for Seven Counties Services
The GLAR Community Outreach Committee has been working on creating impactful projects that our members can participate in to continue to support our community in 2022. For many families, times are tough and the need for help is right here in our backyard. The committee will be hosting a food drive to fill up the pantry of Seven Counties Services during the month of January. Click here to view the food list and sign up to donate.
