Louisville, KY - The Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® (GLAR) invites members of the media to attend its 2025 Fair Housing & DEI Summit on Thursday, April 24 from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM at GLAR Headquarters located at 12300 Sycamore Station Place, Louisville, KY, during National Fair Housing Month.

This year’s Summit brings together leaders and changemakers to explore pressing Fair Housing topics and celebrate meaningful action in the industry. Featured programming includes:

Keynote Presentation by Samyuktha Neeraj, MPH, CAE – on advancing accessibility and disability inclusion in real estate.
Guest Speaker Monica Cooper, Outreach Manager, FEAT of Louisville – on working with neurodiverse clients.
"Real Talk in Real Estate" Brave Space Discussion, moderated by Ryan Davis (invited), Director of Engagement, National Association of REALTORS® – an open dialogue on equity and inclusion in the profession.

The event will also mark the launch of two new major initiatives:

Fair Housing Champion Award
This new annual award recognizes an outstanding REALTOR® or local 501(c)(3) housing organization for their commitment to advancing fair and affordable housing opportunities in the Greater Louisville region. The honoree will receive a $1,500 contribution to a housing-focused nonprofit of their choice. Local non-profit housing organizations can apply here.

GLAR is proud to launch its new philanthropic arm, committed to strengthening communities through charitable outreach and housing equity.
