New language has been incorporated into the Multiple Listing Contract to comply with the NAR Settlement Agreement. The new language begins on line 26 and states: NO STANDARD COMMISSION: Seller acknowledges that Brokerage commissions and fees (compensation) are not standard, are not set by law and are fully negotiable.
