Jakeeva Lee Named New CEO of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors®
Louisville, KY (January 17, 2024) - The Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® (GLAR) welcomes Jakeeva Lee, CAE, AHWD, CIPS, as its new Chief Executive Officer, following a
nationwide search.
Lee joins GLAR with a distinguished career from the Chicago Association of Realtors®, where her leadership significantly impacted the association’s growth among its 17,000 members. Her background in association management is marked by achievements in organizational and
governance management, member engagement, and inclusive strategies.
Educated at Roosevelt University with a B.S. in Finance, Ms. Lee holds notable certifications including Certified Association Executive (CAE), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Her leadership has been recognized with numerous awards, including a 2020 Forty Under Forty recognition, and the President’s Award from the Chicago Association of Realtors®. Jakeeva has also held various leadership roles within the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Association Forum and other professional organizations.

The Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® Board of Directors appointed a Search Committee to work with executive search consultant Stephen Kowalchuk, Managing Director and Partner at Corporate Management Advisors (CMA), to recruit candidates for the CEO position.
Lee began her new role as CEO of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® on January 3, 2024.
