Kentucky REALTORS® Day on the Hill
Join us and REALTORS® from around the State for the Kentucky REALTORS® Legislative Meetings! These meetings will be held in Lexington from February 5-7 and include networking sessions, business meetings, RPAC Mixology, and Hill Day!

Our REALTORS® Day on the Hill takes place on Tuesday, February 6th. We will spend the entire day in Frankfort, including a lunch at Limewater and our Legislative Reception at Goodwood Brewery.

February 1 - Global Lunch & Learn
Becoming a Global Agent + Cultural Differences and Etiquettes for Global Business
Join us on February 1st for our next global workshop. In this session, you will learn the steps to becoming a global agent. We will also be covering important cultural differences and etiquette necessary to be successful in global business. This is a free program that is a benefit of membership, but please register below to reserve your seat.

During these sessions, we shared a newly created MLS Regionalization landing page that includes FAQ's and other relevant information. This landing page will continue to be updated frequently as additional info becomes available. Members can also share further comments and questions through the feedback form.

House Bill (HB) 88, on Unlawful Trade Practices, is now on its way to the Senate! Help protect Kentucky homeowners by supporting HB 88. For more information on the issue, click here.   
Access Member Activity Report for Taxes
To access your member Account Activity Report for your GLAR-related business expenses to use when preparing your taxes, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to www.louisvillerealtors.com, select Member Login at the top right of the page, and log in to your member portal.
2. Select “Pay Your Bill"
3. Select “View Paid and Unpaid Invoices"
4. Select “Account Activity Report" at the bottom of the screen.
5. For your “Account Activity Criteria” enter the dates (01/01/23 – 12/31/23), then select submit for your report.

Advertising Law & Ethics: Zoom Live Option
Join us for a LIVE Zoom version of our popular class, Advertising Law & Ethics. This course taught by Dennis Stilger covers everything you need to know about writing compliant ads and understanding Kentucky advertising statutes as well as the ethical provisions regulating advertising.
