Approved Code of Ethics Courses
The National Association of Realtors® has announced that beginning January 1, 2020, members may only satisfy their NAR Code of Ethics training requirement by completing an approved ethics course provided by:
- A Local Realtor® Association, such as GLAR
- A State Realtor® Association, such as KYR
- Online through NAR
- Online through The CE Shop, which is a NAR approved provider
Courses offered by other providers will not satisfy the NAR Code of Ethics training obligation.
If you complete your Code of Ethics requirement through The CE Shop, please send a copy of your completion certificate to Education@LouisvilleRealtors.com so that we may update your member record. The current ethics Cycle 6 deadline for members to complete this training requirement is December 31, 2021.

Be a Bell Ringer for REALTOR Ring Day - Dec. 6
REALTORS ® can help the Salvation Army Ring for the Season! KYR has declared Friday, December 6th as Kentucky REALTOR ® Ring Day! The Red Kettle Campaign supports social services for those in need during the holiday season and throughout the year. You can sign up to participate locally at www.Louisvillevolunteer.org by clicking on the Register to Ring tab.
Can't ring on December 6th? Join the Red Kettle Challenge! It is a twist on the traditional bell-ringing where companies and businesses get their own kettle for a few weeks. For more information contact kelly.hutchinson@uss.salvationarmy.org or call 502-671-4918.

Nonprofits chosen through our selection process will be the recipients of proceeds from our charity events for the fiscal year.
