Nominations are now open for members interested in serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® (GLAR), or Metro Search, Inc. (MSI), our MLS Board.

Any Realtor® Member meeting the eligibility requirements may nominate themselves by submitting a completed online nomination form to the Nominating Committee no later than 5:00 pm on July 1, 2025.

GLAR BOARD ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to serve as an At-Large Director, nominees must:

Have been a Realtor® member in good standing for at least three (3) years preceding the election.
Meet the requirements on the candidate nomination form.

GLAR BOARD REQUIREMENTS

No At-Large Director shall be eligible to serve consecutive 3-year terms.
No member serving as a Director of Metro Search, Inc. may be nominated for At-Large Director for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® unless their term on the MSI Board will expire prior to their service on the GLAR Board.
No member shall be eligible as a candidate for At-Large Director of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® and a candidate for At-Large Director of the Metro Search, Inc.

MSI BOARD REQUIREMENTS

Must be an active Realtor® Member in good standing of MetroSearch, Inc (MSI).
No prior service requirements are necessary.
