Fairhaven is a town every REALTOR® should visit. Online, that is. NAR's Fairhaven is a fair housing simulation training for REALTORS® that uses the power of storytelling to help members identify, prevent, and address discriminatory practices in real estate. Inspired by real stories, this experience has agents work against the clock to sell homes in the fictional town of Fairhaven, while confronting discrimination in the homebuying process. Learners will
also walk in the shoes of a homebuyer facing discrimination. The training provides customized feedback that learners can apply to daily business interactions.

As a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS®, you must fulfill your Ethics obligation every three (3) years. Cycle 7 is January 1, 2022, through December
31, 2024. Failure to complete this requirement will result in a suspension of your membership privileges. Join us on Friday, May 10th for a day of racing, networking, and fun at our REALTORS Day at the Races event. Tickets can be purchased through your member portal for $50 each or in tables of 8 for $400. Tickets include admission to the new First Turn Club event space, buffet lunch, and race program.
