GLAR NEWS: REALTOR Direct

As we continue to gather information on how to best aid the relief efforts in western Kentucky, we are touched by the desire of GLAR members and Realtors® throughout our state and the entire country to help impacted communities. While we remain committed to helping victims in any way we can, we are also mindful of not engaging in activities that may hinder the work of disaster relief agencies as they work to assist victims.

In addition to Metro Search, Inc. (MSI), a subsidiary of GLAR, recently donating $25,000 to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Realtor® Relief Fund, which was created after 9/11 to assist victims of disasters and will help Realtors® who are victims of this disaster, President Paula Barmore is collecting items to deliver to victims.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
GLAR is working with Realtors® in impacted communities who have asked us to collect tarps, diapers, baby wipes, reusable tote bags and feminine hygiene products. We will ONLY be accepting these items at the Association office, located at 12300 Sycamore Station Place, through 2:00pm on Friday, December 17th to enable us to deliver these items in a timely manner.

REALTOR Members of GLAR can now request after-hours access to utilize the member lounge at the association office located at 12300 Sycamore Station Place, Louisville KY 40299. After-hours access is from 5:00pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday, and from 10:00am to 10:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Access is granted through an app on your phone called "Touch" by ProdataKey. Request your access by clicking the button below and filling out the request form.

Along with technical training and support for Flexmls, your MLS Professionals monitor the system to verify that rules and regulations are being followed, as well as assist with any system issues that may arise.

FLEXMLS SUPPORT

NON-MLS TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Tech Helpline is a member benefit that offers members support for hardware, software, networking and digital devices. The helpline troubleshoots non-MLS tech problems and offers solutions, often by connecting remotely to your computer. This benefit is free with your member dues, at no additional charge. Support is available to members Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time via call, chat or email.

Just a reminder that it is a violation to share your MLS login with anyone, even your assistant. The fine for sharing login credentials is $1000 per instance. If you have an assistant (including virtual assistants) or office personnel that requires access to your account, please contact our membership department to request an admin login account or superuser capability. Your MLS user account and password are to be used only by you and should never be shared with anyone.
