We are changing the way Office
Exclusives are handled in the MLS.
You no longer need
to submit office exclusive forms to
the MLS dept. Now you will enter
them into the MLS as you would any
other listing. At the top of the add
listing screen, you will see a Office
Exclusive(Y/N) required field, if the
listing is an OE, select, yes. If it isn’t,
