NAR President Kevin Sears shares this video message with members on the newly announced MLS policy, Multiple Listing Options for Sellers, and how the policy benefits consumers. As the real estate industry continues to analyze and digest the new policy and NAR’s assessment of its Clear Cooperation Policy, President Sears gives his perspectives and insight into the decision-making process. As part of the continued conversation, the NAR leadership team continues to speak with agents, brokers, MLS executives, and association executives ahead of the September 30 deadline to implement Multiple Listing Options for Sellers. The Metro Search, Inc. (MSI) Board of Directors will be discussing next steps at its upcoming meeting and offer members additional education and information in advance of the September implementation.

If you’ve purchased tickets for our GLAR Day at the Races event this Friday, May 9 at Churchill Downs, keep an eye on your inbox—tickets are in the process of being distributed electronically via email. This email will also include information on everything you need to know about the event, including parking details, dress code, race times, how to transfer tickets to your guests, and more. Similar to last year, tickets are being sent to the primary purchaser, who will then need to transfer each ticket to their guests through Ticketmaster.
