Diana Kraemer Retiring After 42 Years of Service
Long time staff member Diana Kraemer is retiring from GLAR after 42 years of dedicated service. Many of you know Diana from her position as Accounts Receiveable Coordinator in our Accounting Department. Diana will be greatly missed as an integral part of our team. Thank you, Diana, for your loyalty, dedication, knowledge, and contributions to the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS over the last 42 years. We wish you every happiness in your retirement!
KREC New Forms Update
At their January 16, 2020 meeting, the Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC) voted to provide a grace period for Kentucky licensees by giving them until June 1, 2020,to use the new Seller’s Disclosure and Agency forms. Even though the new forms are now in force, no penalty will be assessed for using the previous version of these forms until June 1, 2020. It is our understanding that the Commission will be addressing additional changes to these forms at their May meeting. We plan to upload the updated forms with any changes made in May as soon as they are approved by the Commission. In the interim, you may access the most current forms on KREC’s website. If a broker would like to upload the currently available version of the form to Transaction Desk for their agents use, they may send the forms and such request toclientforms@lwolf.com.
