We will continue to update our GLARfacts.com landing page, the local hub of settlement resources, as additional information is provided. Access training, changes to MLS rules and policies, buyer agreement practices, new forms, and more.
NAR's hub, facts.realtor, has many resources including this helpful refresher on how the practice changes impact you as a member and your clients. NAR's Window to the Law: Settlement Facts Series, a question-and-answer video series about the NAR settlement, new practice changes and MLS rules, is another valuable tool for members navigating these changes.

MLS Rules & Regulations Updated
|

The Board of Directors of the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® and Metro Search, Inc. both approved to opt-in to the NAR Settlement. To be in
compliance and align with the required settlement agreement terms, updates have been made to our MLS Rules & Regulations. Additionally, no commingling rules for real estate listings found in Section 18.20 and 17.3.7 have been removed.
As a Participant or Subscriber of our MLS, please review and familiarize yourself with these updates below. Included in this email are a redlined version and a fully updated version.
