The National Association of REALTORS® released its 2021 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.
This report covers demographics, preferences, and experiences of buyers and sellers across the United States. 2021 marks the 40th anniversary of the profile. This year’s profile, based on a survey of those who bought a home between July 2020 and June 2021, reflects the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on transactions.
