The Board of Directors of the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® and Metro Search, Inc. both approved to opt-in to the NAR Settlement. To be in compliance and align with the required settlement agreement terms, updates have been made to our MLS Rules & Regulations. Additionally, no commingling rules for real estate listings found in Section 18.20 and 17.3.7 have been removed.
