Advocacy Update: House Bill 62 on Wholesaling Passes 94-0, Moves to Senate

On February 17th, House Bill 62 passed on the House of Representatives Floor with a 94-0 vote! Thank you to everyone who participated in this important call to action. The Bill will now head to the Senate Licensing and Occupations Committee for approval. KYR At-Large Delegate Vacancy

Kentucky REALTORS® has announced a vacancy for the position of At-Large Delegate. The person selected for this vacancy will serve for the remainder of the term which ends on December 31, 2023. Those interested in serving should submit a Nomination Form no later than March 6, 2023.
